ZIM is a global giant in the shipping and logistics industry, operating on a massive, often impersonal scale. The objective was to humanize the brand and create an authentic connection with potential recruits by showcasing the diverse professional opportunities and the unique company culture that drives the global trade engine.

Our Creative Approach

To move beyond traditional corporate "talking heads," we implemented a "Day in the Life" storytelling format. We followed three different employees, capturing the rhythm of their daily routines, their professional challenges, and the personal pride they take in their roles.

• Immersive Storytelling: We focused on the human element, blending raw, documentary-style footage with high-end cinematography.
• Diverse Perspectives: The series highlights the vast range of careers at ZIM—from the high-tech environments of their digital hubs to the salt-and-steel reality of life at sea.
• Authentic Narrative: By capturing unscripted moments and genuine interactions, we created a narrative that feels transparent and inviting to future talent.

The Execution

• Full-Scale Production: Managed everything from initial concept and script development to on-site filming and complex post-production.
• Dynamic Visuals: Used a mix of intimate close-ups and sweeping wide shots to illustrate the contrast between the individual worker and the global impact of their work.
• Strategic Editing: Developed a fast-paced, modern edit designed to grab attention on LinkedIn, social media, and dedicated career portals.

The Result
